Letters from Joni | May 2025

Dear Partner,

As we step into the beautiful month of May, I’m reminded of how this season brings things to life. Flowers bloom, trees bud, and everything seems to awaken with fresh purpose. It’s a powerful picture of what God wants to do in us.

No matter what season you're in – whether you feel fruitful or forgotten – God has a plan to grow something beautiful in your life. Jeremiah 17:7–8 says, “Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord… They will be like a tree planted by the water… its leaves are always green, and it never fails to bear fruit.” You don’t have to strive to make something happen – just stay planted in Him. As you remain faithful, God will bring fruit in His perfect timing. Even if you can’t see the growth yet, trust that it’s happening beneath the surface. He is working, and He hasn’t forgotten you!

This month also brings a few special celebrations in our family! We’re wishing a very happy birthday to my sweet grandsons Noah and Boaz, and to my wonderful son-in-love Joshua. I’m so thankful for each of them and the joy they bring into our lives.

And of course, Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms! I want to take a moment to honor my own mother, Sandra Trammell, the greatest woman I know. She’s my best encourager and supporter, and I’m so thankful for the godly example she’s been to me and to so many others. I love you, Mom!

In Network News, I’m thrilled to share that Daystar continues to grow! We’ve just launched on Meo in Portugal, reaching 1.9 million homes, and on Startimes in Africa, expanding our reach by 9 million homes across the continent. Daystar Español is also growing – now available on Tivify in Spain and Andorra to 1 million homes, on Super in Argentina to 300,000 homes, and also on Meo in Portugal to 1.9 million homes!

What an incredible opportunity to reach even more people with the hope of Jesus! Thank you for making this possible through your prayers and support. You are helping us bloom in this season, and because of you, lives around the world are being transformed.
