Dear Friend,

As we continue in this new year, I want to remind you of a powerful truth: you don’t have to carry the weight of striving and worry into 2025. Jesus invites you to lay your burdens down and rest in Him. Matthew 11:28-30 tells us, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

So often, we feel pressure to have it all figured out, to plan every detail, or to achieve perfection in our goals. But God’s plans for you are far greater than anything you could imagine, and they aren’t dependent on your striving. Resting in His promises doesn’t mean we sit idle—it means trusting His strength, provision, and guidance every step of the way. If you feel overwhelmed by what this year holds, know that God’s grace is sufficient, and His rest is a gift freely given. Let this be a year of leaning into His peace and relying on His faithfulness in every area of your life.

As we walk into this season with faith and hope, I’m so grateful for all God is doing through Daystar.
