Letters from Joni | October 2025

Dear Partner,

This time of year is so special as we enter the season of the prophetic fall feasts. These holy days remind us to pause, reflect, and look forward with anticipation to all that God has promised. They not only point us to His faithfulness in the past, but also to the joyful truth that Jesus is coming again soon! In Matthew 24:42, Jesus said, “Keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.” This watchfulness isn’t about fear—it’s about living every day with hopeful expectation. When we stay alert to His soon return, it fills our lives with purpose. We forgive quicker, love deeper, and share the Gospel with a fresh passion, because we know what we’re doing today will echo in eternity.

As you carry that light into your world, I am thrilled to share how God is opening new doors for Daystar to do the same. We are now reaching 1.6 million new homes in Indonesia through launches on Transvision channel 706, XStream OTT streaming service, and the CubMu mobile app. We are also honored to announce that Daystar is now on Screen IL, the first and only OTT platform that legally provides Israeli TV content to Israelis living outside Israel who want to stay connected to home. New content is added daily at the time of its original broadcast in Israel, and Daystar is grateful to be included on this unique platform serving 20,000 subscribers and growing. Each of these launches represents countless hearts who can now encounter the love of Jesus!

On a personal note, our family is celebrating a special birthday this month. Please join me in wishing my wonderful son-in-love, Jonathan Weiss, a very happy birthday. Jonathan is a blessing to our family and to so many at Daystar, and we are grateful for the grace and strength of God at work in his life.

Thank you for standing with us as watchful, hopeful witnesses in this hour. Your prayers and generosity make it possible to carry the Gospel farther than ever before. As we look for our blessed hope, let’s stay strong in faith, keep pressing forward, and continue making an eternal difference together.
