Joni Lamb Receives Israel Allies Award | September 2024

This month, Joni Lamb, the Co-Founder and President of Daystar, received a distinguished honor at The Israel Allies Foundation's Annual Gala Dinner in Dallas. The Israel Allies Foundation has been a long-standing partner of Daystar. This year's event holds special significance given the events that transpired on October 7, 2023. The evening celebrated Joni Lamb, co-founder of Daystar Television Network, as a champion for truth and Biblical values, and an advocate for Israel within Christian communities globally. 

Joni Lamb has played a pivotal role in enhancing U.S.-Israel relations through Daystar. Daystar Television Network is the largest faith-based television network in the world, reaching over 2.3 billion homes and impacting more than 6.85 billion people. In the United States alone, Daystar can be found in over 110 million homes and operates more than 100 TV stations throughout the country. 

While Daystar Television Network broadcasts in over 195 countries, it is noteworthy that it is the only full-time faith-based TV network available on all major multi-channel TV platforms in Israel, including HOT (Cable), YES (DTH Satellite), Cellcom (OTT/Streaming), and Partner TV (OTT/Streaming). Daystar holds the unique distinction of being the only licensed Christian television network permitted to broadcast in Israel, underscoring our significant responsibility to nurture this relationship. 

The gala not only expressed gratitude to Israel's supporters but also reinforced the shared commitment to stand with Israel. Joni stated, “For me and Daystar, there’s never a question – we will support Israel through both prosperous and challenging times. God bless the land of Israel and its people.”  

The event was co-hosted by former U.S. Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman. Friedman emphasized, "I have dedicated my efforts to strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship, and I am deeply thankful to the Israel Allies Foundation and the Christian community for their steadfast support of Israel. Their commitment to the Jewish people and the Jewish state has been crucial in advancing our mutual goals and securing Israel's future."
